Hot Stone Massage

A truly relaxing and nurturing massage using hot stones to give a deep massage, creating a sensation of warmth and comfort. This relaxing treatment gently releases tension, soothes aching muscles and balances mind and body.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage eases muscle tension while increasing the blood flow and releasing toxins from the muscles. Soothing the nervous system, it also includes relaxation and may ease anxiety and stress.

Traditional Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy aims to treat the whole person by helping to restore the harmony of mind, body and spirit. It works with the pure properties of plants, using their essential oils in a nature, complementary therapy which is said to help improve both physical and emotional wellbeing.

A blend of essential oils will be selected after a short consultation to address your symptoms or mood and then added to a carrier oil and applied to your skin through a gentle massage. Traditional Reflexology

A popular and relaxing treatment based on the principal that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of the feet correspond to areas throughout the whole body. In this way the feet can be seen as a map of the body.

After a short consultation the treatment will focus on the reflex points associated with your symptoms or mood using thumbs, fingers or knuckles, using specialised massage techniques, which will help to correct imbalances throughout the body.

Indian Head Massage

Can restore joint movement and mobility, promote hair growth and relieve eye strain, tinnitus, sinus problems, insomnia and fibrous adhesions in the neck and shoulders, reduce neck and shoulder restrictions and pain. Relives stress and tension, enhances concentration and clear thinking and creates a feeling of mental calmness and physical wellbeing.
