Body control pilates is designed to make pilates accessible to all; whether it is your first time exercising, you are recovering from an injury, operation or illness, or an athlete wishing to improve stamina, form and prevent injury. It’s great for runners, horse riders, golfers, and other sports enthusiasts to complement their training. Yoga is an ancient holistic system for creating and sustaining balance and harmony on all the levels of our being: body, mind, emotions and spirit. Although we practice yoga, it is much more than something that one ‘does’. Yoga becomes a state of being, an inner wholeness, and experience of contentment, of being at peace with oneself and in harmony with the world.
