Body control pilates is designed to make pilates accessible to all; whether it is your first time exercising, you are recovering from an injury, operation or illness, or an athlete wishing to improve stamina, form and prevent injury. It’s great for runners, horse riders, golfers, and other sports enthusiasts to complement their training. The beauty of Body Control pilates is that it can always be adapted to the appropriate level for you, which is also why it is a safe and effective way to exercise during pregnancy and the postnatal period too.

TRX Suspension Training

The TRX Suspension Training system harnesses your own body weight to create resistance as you train and is a modern form of core stability and fitness training that suits all levels of fitness. Mindfulness Meditation

Are you feeling stressed or anxious? Or having trouble winding down from the stressful day? Do you have problems getting a restful sleep and not feeling regenerated when you wake? Do you find yourself feeling exhausted easily? Or if you suffer from any other health issues…

RESEARCH HAS PROVEN that practicing regular ‘Mindfulness Meditation’ can help you to lower your heart rate and reduced stress and anxiety levels. Giving you more confidence and better coping strategies. Therefore through relaxation, enabling the brain to temporarily lower the brain waves to a state of meditation which allows the brain to switch off and aid a more restful, deep sleep.

Guided Crystal Meditation Group (Seated)

During this guided meditation we will work with Crystals to enhance our practice. All group members receive Usui Reiki energy healing. You are provided with everything you need, Cushions/ Mats /Chairs and Crystals. You get to keep your Crystals so at the end of the 8 weeks you will have a Crystal which relates to each of your chakras.

Meditation brings balance to your physical, mental and emotional state, Reduces Stress, brings Increased Happiness, Better Sleep, Reduces Blood Pressure, Treats Depression, Improves Brain function, Pain Reduction, Improves your Immune system, Treats Anxiety.

A deposit of £25 is required to reserve your space and the balance of £27 is payable on the first session.
