Pilates

Body control pilates is designed to make pilates accessible to all; whether it is your first time exercising, you are recovering from an injury, operation or illness, or an athlete wishing to improve stamina, form and prevent injury. It’s great for runners, horse riders, golfers, and other sports enthusiasts to complement their training. The beauty of body control pilates is that it can always be adapted to the appropriate level for you, which is also why it is a safe and effective way to exercise during pregnancy and the postnatal period too.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient holistic system for creating and sustaining balance and harmony on all the levels of our being: body, mind, emotions and spirit. Although we practice yoga, it is much more than something that one ‘does’. Yoga becomes a state of being, an inner wholeness, and experience of contentment, of being at peace with oneself and in harmony with the world.

TRX Suspension Training

The TRX Suspension Training system harnesses your own body weight to create resistance as you train and is a modern form of core stability and fitness training that suits all levels of fitness. Qigong

Qigong, which translates to ‘energy work’ is a wonderful ancient Chinese Practice which involves carrying out slow, meditative moments to build Qi from within. Qigong is suitable for everyone as you work within your own ability.

It can be practised seated or in a standing position. When practised regularly Qigong can enhance your overall wellbeing, provide stress relief, improve balance and cognitive function.
