Aromatherapy Facial

A wonderfully relaxing treatment involving a facial massage with a specific blend of essential oils chosen to help support your skin. These facials incorporate an initial cleanse of your face followed by a relaxing massage of the neck, scalp, upper chest, shoulders and various pressure points which can help ease migraines, headaches, stress, insomnia, sinus problems and tension. Specially selected oils can help oily, acne, balanced, dry and mature skin.

A truly relaxing and nurturing massage using hot stones to give a deep massage, creating a sensation of warmth and comfort. This relaxing massage gently releases tension, soothes aching muscles and balances mind and body.

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage

Award winning Reflexology technique which focuses on the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. Researched and developed in Cancer Care in supporting clients with Primary or Secondary Lymphoedema. If you suffer from water retention/swelling this treatment is proven to help the lymphatic system reabsorb the excess fluid. Measurements of the chosen areas are taken before and after treatments to measure your results.

Seated Acupressure

Works on muscular circulation and nervous systems and stimulate over 60 specific pressure points on the head, neck, shoulders, back and arms. Good for relieving stress and tension, tight and knotted muscles, digestive issues, backache, migraines and sleeping problems. Sat facing forwards and fully dressed in an ergonomically designed massage chair, the therapist uses her hands to stimulate energy points found along the meridians of the body.

Swedish Massage eases muscle tension whilst increasing the blood flow and releasing toxins from the muscles. Soothing the nervous system, it also includes relaxation and may ease anxiety and stress

Traditional Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy aims to treat the whole person by helping to restore the harmony of mind, body and spirit. It works with the pure properties of plants, using their essential oils in a nature, complementary therapy which is said to help improve both physical and emotional wellbeing. A blend of essential oils will be selected after a short consultation to address your symptoms or mood and then added to a carrier oil and applied to your skin through a gentle massage. Traditional Reflexology

A popular and relaxing treatment based on the principal that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of the feet correspond to areas throughout the whole body. In this way the feet can be seen as a map of the body. After a short consultation the treatment will focus on the reflex points associated with your symptoms or mood using thumbs, fingers or knuckles, using specialised massage techniques, which will help to correct imbalances throughout the body. Vertical Reflexology
